Questions?
What could be considered the 4 main causes of un-ease or dis-ease within the body?
1. Is the mind in a state of un-ease a good portion of the time? Is there a high level of stress which causes a feeling of un-ease in the body? Is our head/brain connected to the rest of our body? Are our thoughts releasing unwanted chemical reactions into our bodies causing dis-ease and imbalances? Are we facing our problems in order to solve them and allow the body to balance and heal?
2. Are the body’s requirements for nutritional needs being met? Is the body being provided the minerals, elements and vitamins it needs daily to do it’s work? Is the body having to rob areas like the back, hips, knees and joints to get those nutrients when they haven’t been provided? Is the body provided with raw fruits and vegetables that have live enzymes? Are vegetables grown in peat moss able to provide all the bodies needs or is supplementation required? Are we covering all the bases?
3. Has the toxic burden upon the body overloaded? Is the body showing signs of sensitivity where there were none before? Are the bowels slowing down or barely functioning? Are we eliminating our toxins daily through the colon? If the colon is sluggish, are we recycling the toxins and hormones? If the hormones and toxins are not purged, do they effect our emotions or feelings?
4 Is the body experiencing electromagnetic chaos? When in front of a computer or electrical device, do you experience headaches or feel the need to get away from certain objects? Do you have times when you feel unfocused and frustrated? Do you feel life is hard or a struggle? Are you always near a power source or does your body ever get a break from the cell phone, TV, laptop, electric blanket, clock radio, overhead power lines and other devices?
Why do we wait so long when it comes to our health decisions? Why do we ignore all the signs and symptoms until we are forced to deal with them? Why do we wait until the last minute when we just can’t stand it anymore and then decide to do something about it? Why is it that we hate change and what change is about? What are we scared of? Are we scared of the fact that we already know some of the answers and are not willing to implement any changes into our lives.
Are we getting healthier everyday that we do nothing? Are we just prolonging the inevitable? By prolonging it, will it be easier to deal with or harder? Will the condition be in the same state in years to come or worse if we do nothing? Are we thinking that it’s been like that for so long that it’s just the way we are? Do we just chock it up to aging and nothing can be done? Are we thinking that we are all going to die some day anyway so why care now? When we get old and start to pay for all the times we said and felt that will we regret saying it? Are we only motivated when we are forced by a minute by minute or second by second pain or ailment that effects us that could have started to have been dealt with 10-20 years earlier?
Would we rather cheat now and suffer for years on end in our later years? Are we thinking that there will be some way (magic pill or surgery) or thing that will save us when that day happens and that it won’t matter how chronic the condition is by then? Does it matter how we feel when we get older? Are we banking on never getting sick? Are we thinking that we are going to be the only lucky one and that stuff is only for others? What does prevention really mean?
Does Having Money Effect our Health?
Why don’t we consider our health a priority???? We make goals for ourselves every year whether they are written down or just in our minds – they are our goals.
We set goals for and spend money on:
The list could go on and on. Consider what is it that is required first before any of these can happen? We need to feel good or none of the above will be much fun. If we are feeling under the weather, we tend not to travel or plan for the future. We are then forced to try to get by day by day hoping that some day that feeling will return to what we have considered normal. What is normal? Is it the level of health compared to someone else? Is feeling normal when we deal with severe symptoms and ignore the minor ones?
Could it be that Canadians have a belief system that our health care is paid for and that’s not something we need to concern ourselves with? Health is supposed to be handled and we need not worry ourselves with that. If something ever happens down the road, we got it covered. Therefore, why would we need to spend money on such a thing? Our money can be used for better and more important things and not spent preventing and helping anything. That would be foolish. We can save that money for that expensive item we had our eye on instead of something that might improve our health.
Why do we open only one door for our health?
When we are on a mission to find something, whether it be material or not, do we tend to open only one door to find it? Do we go after it on a mission that no one is going to stop us until we have found the answer or item? If shopping for a winter coat, would we only go into one store and leave unsatisfied if we didn’t find what we were looking for and search anymore?
Do we sometimes do that with our health decisions? Do we open one door and sometimes find what we want and others times don’t? Do we feel that there maybe nothing else out there that can help us? Do we feel as though we tried once and that is good enough why bother trying any more? Are we thinking it would just take too much effort? Are we listening to others and not to ourselves? Does anyone do things the same way or take the same road or path when it comes to health and life in general? Is there more than one way to solve an issue or a problem or is there only ever one way to do something? Is it better to see what works for you or do what everyone else is doing? Or maybe it is better to sit and wait it out and maybe it will just go away? When we do find our answers and take the time to figure it all out for ourselves, do we bother telling anyone or would they even want to really hear how much dedication it took to get results? When things go array and we don’t get what we want, do we tell anyone and everyone that will listen? Do we leave them with the impression that there is just despair out there so don’t even bother? Do any of us listen to that inner voice that keeps telling us that we shouldn’t do that and ignore it. But why would we when everyone else is doing it and getting away with it? Have we opened enough doors to say that your mission has ended? Where would our health go from there?
Acceptance
What is everyone looking for in life? What is life all about? What makes us happy? Could it be the feeling of acceptance? Could it be the feeling that we are not being judged but just accepted for who we are? Is that what all of us truly want?
If we are accepted by others, then does that allow us to love and accept ourselves? Does acceptance come from within first? Do we need to accept ourselves before we can accept others? If we quit judging ourselves so harshly, will we learn to not judge others so harshly? Is it an easy thing to stop judging? Are we even aware that we are judging? Can we change it when we are not aware of it? Can we even recognize it? What would change if we became aware of it and realized it was creating stress in our lives? Where do these judgements come from? Do they come from our upbringing or our belief system and our morals and values? Do they come from our personal beliefs of how we think the world should be and how we see it? Whose rules are we following? Would we be able to understand where a lot of our stress is coming from if we understood our belief system? How many times a day are we judging others? Knowing the Law of Attaction and that everything is a mirror, then what is it that we are judging ourselves about? Is it us that needs to recognize the judgement of ourselves and see where that stems from and address the cause before judging others? If we stop judging ourselves, can be learn to accept ourselves for who we are and just be who we are? Are we only in charge of ourselves and able to change ourselves and not others?
